Booboo Trap explores how perceptions of gender shape the way we view the body—particularly the breast—and questions who is allowed to be topless in public. The work features mismatched pairings of breast and face photographs from 16 anonymous participants of diverse genders and body types. Through this deliberate visual confusion, the piece reveals the arbitrary and gendered double standards applied to nudity, prompting viewers to confront their own assumptions and reflect on what is considered “appropriate” or “normal” in public spaces.
